Special Features of "TECHNO" Gauges

* All the Gauges are manufactured from OHNS(W) material sourced from the good manufacturer or is imported from reputed manufacturer.
* The gauges are hardened to 60 to 62 Hrc and Deep Cryogenic treated to enhance the gauge life. This treatment increases the wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and also helps in withstanding high temperatures, increases the toughness.
* We can provide with all the relevant certificates of every batch of Heat treatment and Sub Zero treatment done to any customers on demand.
* The Final thread grinding operation is done in controlled temperature and also final inspection is done in 20 deg controlled temperature.
* We assure of good dimensional stability and very long life of Gauges.
* Shorter delivery for Standard and Non standard Gauges
* Can offer PPG in Carbide and Chrome Platted on request.
